Anderson Kill & Olick, P.C. provides
unusual opportunities for young lawyers in an atmosphere that might be
considered unorthodox by other law firms. Anderson Kill strives to
eliminate an "employee" mentality and to create a work ethic and
environment in which every lawyer is a responsible professional. All
lawyers, regardless of seniority, are encouraged to participate in
aspects of firm management.
Anderson Kill seeks to hire from among the most qualified judicial
law clerks and attorneys in the country. The firm looks for
candidates who are bright, "hungry", energetic, creative,
self-motivated, and who possess common sense. Those who come to the
firm with the goal of becoming great lawyers can thrive. This
philosophy means that junior lawyers can develop their skills
quickly and learn to take on primary responsibilities —such
as client involvement, negotiations with opposing counsel,
depositions, other discovery and court appearances—at
an accelerated rate.
Anderson Kill attorneys offer diverse personal, philosophical, and
political views and backgrounds. The firm takes pride in our collegial
and remarkably unconventional atmosphere in which it provides our
clients and the community with the highest quality legal representation
while encouraging each attorney to maintain her/his own personality and
individualism.
