Background:
From 2004-2005 Mr. Brockmeier worked for the in-house counsel of Gemstar-TVGuide. While there he handled a variety of SEC matters, specifically the organization and production of discovery based upon a SEC investigation. From 2005-2006, Mr. Brockmeier worked for Longo & Longo, LLP, a civil litigation and criminal defense firm. While at Longo & Longo he handled a broad array of both civil and criminal matters related to the defense and prosecution of clients' claims.
